Reviews and Ratings
Staying at The Cottonwood was quite an experience. The hotel has some cozy charm and is located near the pier and town center, making it easy to explore the area. However, the rooms could use some updates and air conditioning would have been a nice touch. The dining experience fell flat, particularly with the food quality and portion sizes, which was disappointing given the price point.
We had a delightful stay at this quirky hotel. The character of the place really delighted us, and the food was quite good — especially the breakfast and the chocolate afternoon tea! However, the public spaces could use a little more attention, and the zigzag path to the beach can be quite a challenge on the way back. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to come back again.
We had a lovely experience at the Cottonwood Hotel in Bournemouth. The room we stayed in was excellent, with a beautiful sea view that really made our stay special. The dining options were fantastic, especially the self-serve breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, which exceeded our expectations. While the service was generally good, we did encounter some hiccups at breakfast. Overall, it was a great value for the price we paid, making it a place we would definitely return to.
We had a lovely weekend escape at a vibrant hotel filled with character, though not without some minor hiccups. The food was delicious and the view was simply fantastic, but the room lighting and some bathroom details could use improvements. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return and explore more.
My stay was quite an experience; the hotel had its charm but certainly needs some improvements. The room offered a lovely sea view and was clean, yet the bathroom facilities were a letdown. I was surprised by the breakfast quality, which fell short of expectations. Still, the USB charging points were a nice touch, and the view of the gardens added a pleasant vibe to the mornings.
